Individual Care

Let’s work together to get to the root cause of symptoms that are disrupting your health, vitality and quality of life.

Prior to your first visit, you will complete a comprehensive health intake form. Please allow 30 min to one hour to complete.
During our initial 75 min consultation visit, we will discuss your health history and current symptoms.
Patient will complete suggested blood/other tests prior to follow up call.
During our follow up 60 minute visit, we will discuss your test results and recommended protocols, supplements and/or HRT.
Subsequent visits will be scheduled to monitor symptoms, make changes and order additional testing that may be required.
Visits fees:
Individual visit fee structure:
Initial visit $700, up to 75 minutes sessions
Follow up visits $600, up to 60 minutes
Marilynn works in partnership with your primary care physician and any specialists/therapists that you are currently seeing.
We do not offer primary care services such as annual examination, physical forms or routine exams.
We are considered out-of-network for insurance plans.
Some of our services can often be reimbursed through FSAs, HSAs, and after-deductible benefits.
Our services are only available to practice members.

The Hormone Reset

Hormonal shifts during perimenopause and menopause cause an endless variety of unexplained symptoms from sleep and mood disorders to skin and hair issues, and from joint pain and weight gain to depression and anxiety. Relief starts here.

This package is valid for six months and includes:
Four (4) appointments with Marilynn
Unlimited messaging via secure (and fun) portal (who doesn’t love another portal?!)
Personalized lab review and recommendations
Curated personalized supplement recommendations
Medication Rx and refills, if applicable
Referral and collaboration with other health care practitioners
BioHRT counseling, review and Rx, if indicated
Specialized testing review and consult available, if indicated
$2,500 for 4 month program. Payment taken at first visit or may be broken into 4 payments.
